Returns & Exchanges

Returned Goods:
  • Goods may be returned to Pest Go (conditions apply) within 14 days of receipt of the items(s). You must contact Pest Go within two days from receipt of goods with your intentions to return.
  • All goods must be returned, at your expense, to: Pest Go, 76a Hayton Road, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042, in new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all other accessories originally supplied with the goods.
  • Goods received in accordance with the above terms and conditions will be credited by Pest Go and funds will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 5 working days from receipt of goods.
Missing and Damaged Goods:
  • Any items missing or damaged in transit must have the information noted at time of delivery on the consignment note before accepting them. Failure to do so may mean no claim will be accepted by Pest Go.
  • You must contact Pest Go immediately if any loss or damage is noted.
Exchanging Goods:
  • Goods may be exchanged for items of a similar value by Pest Go. Or at our discretion for the same item(s) or equivalent item(s) subject to supply.
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s) you must contact Pest Go within two days from receipt of goods with your intention to exchange.
  • All goods to be exchanged, that were not faulty must be returned, at your expense, to Pest Go, 76a Hayton Road, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042 in new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all other accessories originally supplied with the goods.
